₹499 per user / month, or ₹399 per user / month billed annually (internationally $19/user/mo, or $15 annual). It’s billed per seat, so you only pay for the people who use it — every feature is included. The only metered items are voice minutes (a pooled allowance) and WhatsApp at Meta’s pass-through rate; AI is free to start and unlimited once you add your own free Groq key.
Can I try Voyage before paying? +
Yes — 14 days free, no credit card. If you don’t add payment at the end you simply drop to the free Compass plan and keep all your data. If you subscribe and later cancel, you keep access until the end of your paid period, and annual plans have a 30-day money-back guarantee.
What happens to my data if I stop paying or downgrade? +
Nothing is ever deleted. If a renewal doesn’t go through you get about a 10-day grace period with reminders, then read-only access, and finally your account drops to free Compass — two seats stay active and all your data stays put. The moment you re-subscribe, everything unlocks exactly as it was.
What happens to my bill when I add or remove a team member? +
Adding a teammate is charged per seat, prorated and billed immediately, with access right away. Removing someone is a one-click deactivation: the seat frees for a new hire and your bill drops at the next renewal (no mid-cycle refund). Everything that person created stays in your workspace, reassigned, never deleted.

What counts as an AI action? +
One AI-assisted task — drafting a quote, triaging a lead with EKLA, generating an itinerary section, or summarising a thread. Normal app use like logging in, editing, or sending an ordinary email never counts.
Do I own my data, and can I export it? +
Your data is always yours. Export it anytime, including a full GDPR/DPDP-compliant export. We never hold it hostage or delete it just because you downgraded.
I work as a DMC — do I need a special expensive plan? +
No. Joining the DMC network to publish rates to downstream agents is free by application (reviewed by our team) — explore NAMA free first; network features switch on once approved. If you just want to operate as a DMC with your own private rate templates, that’s included in the standard Voyage plan at no extra cost.
What is Meridian, and when would I pick it over Voyage? +
Meridian is our enterprise tier for networks and representation companies. White-label (your own brand and domain) is planned for a later phase; pricing is on request and sales-led — talk to us. For your own team, Voyage is almost certainly the right fit; reach for Meridian when branding NAMA as your own product is the priority.
